A Remembrance Event at the GP Museum

Duff Crerar spoke on War and Identity in the 20 th Century Peace Country on a day that is also marked as National Aboriginal Veterans Day, and discussions that followed explored the various experiences of residents during wartime and postwar years. Whether they continued on the land or had enlisted and returned, there were few positive changes for many, particularly those with previous Native status. (See it in the Winter 2023 newsletter.)
